2. Stretchy Headband

Have short hair or trouble keeping a headband on? Then make a headband using an elastic hair tie and knit scraps from a T-shirt or dress project. Using a light- to medium-weight knit will make a perfect headband that will be more formfitting and therefore more likely to stay in place! Plus, the stretchy headband has a fun, stylish look created by the faux knot at the top of the headband.

3. Knotted Headband

If you are new to sewing and want to learn how to make your own headbands, then this basic knotted headband pattern is the project for you!
