Favorite MAC moment off-camera: When James and I broke into a hat flip contest. The goal is to see how many times you can flip your ball cap and then catch it on your head. (Not for the faint of heart.)

Tell us about your dream cake: I think we’re actually going to make it in a future episode. It’s the tur-duck-en of cakes. A cheesecake, inside of a cake, inside of another cake, filled and topped with candy. Cakes on cakes on cakes!

Favorite MAC moment off-camera: This might not be my favorite, but it’s the one that stands out the most. One time — and one time only — I grabbed a cake in an effort to be helpful. I assumed the fondant was dry, but of course I was wrong. Joshua came in the room, and I started apologizing. He told me it was okay, but now every time I try to help, he reminds me not to mess anything up.

Best cake-related pick-up line: Is your name “Poorly-Made Swiss Meringue Buttercream,” because you’re too sweet.

Tell us about your dream cake: Red velvet cake is my number one. Number two would be a chocolate fudge cake.

Favorite MAC moment off-camera: JJR did a Beyonce dance and it was hilarious. James soon picked up the dance and it became a great way to make JJR laugh in between takes.
