How can something that's basically fruit rock your taste buds like ice cream? If you haven't met "nice cream," welcome to the party. Dairy-free, gluten-free and added sugar–free, this stuff is pretty much a summertime miracle.
Start by making the base: Freeze peeled, chopped ripe bananas, then blend them in a food processor until smooth. Then dress it up however you want (we've got some ideas to get you going). That's it!

But hear us out: You’re probably already going to put your nice cream in a bowl, so why not spend few more minutes on fruity toppings? For this recipe, blend three frozen bananas with a cup of sour cherries and four spearmint leaves to make the base. Then top with fresh fruit and edible flowers for an Insta-worthy work of art.
The extra effort is worth it, promise! Add strawberries to banana-based nice cream to create a new flavor, then layer with chia seed pudding and fresh fruit for a treat you can eat any time of day.
