From fashion to soccer to comic books, tweens always seem to be into something new. That's where designer Jo Gick comes in. In this coming-of-age DIY series, Jo helps kids on the verge of tween-dom decorate bedrooms that reflect their ever-changing personalities and passions.

Episode descriptions

1. Episode: Kaia

Kaia's a girl on a mission: to collect snow globes from around the world and surround herself with Parisian history. Jo works with Kaia to create a mural map of 1920s Paris along with French-inspired wallpaper. Jo also shows her how to showcase her favorite snow globes without overpowering the room.

2. Episode: Daniela

Daniela's a ball of creative energy who's ready to take on any challenge thrown her way and to make her room glow like she does. Jo shows her how to make a totally chic DIY chandelier, decorate with wallpaper and add a rug that's soft enough to sleep on.

3. Episode: Ava

Budding YouTube star Ava knows exactly who she wants to be. But her childhood bedroom is having a serious identity crisis. Jo hones in Ava's evolving personality by creating a crazy-cool rainbow wall for a new YouTube backdrop, plus a simple way to freshen up her furniture.

4. Episode: Avinash

Avinash loves outer space. But you'd never know it by looking in his room. Jo helps him blast off with a DIY constellation lightbox and wallpaper that's out of this world.

5. Episode: Riley

Riley makes stop-motion movies and has a passion for climbing. Jo knows exactly how to help this aspiring filmmaker room up: with a brand-new desk space completely devoted to filmmaking and a DIY rock climbing wall.

6. Episode: Emma

Emma likes biology, the outdoors and being active. Jo helps turn her boring white room into a modern boho paradise by building a stunning custom headboard using intertwined ropes.
