    Loved this recipe. I cannot wait to try it. My side would be exploded potato salad. Cut baked potatoes into small cubes as though you were making regular potato salad. Add one package of real bacon bits, shredded cheddar cheese ( I usually go for about 1 1/2 cups) whatever you like, chopped green onions about 5. Add your ranch salad dressing to your taste. Bake 25-30 minutes in 350 degree oven or you can serve it cold. My most requested potato dish. Thank you for sharing.
